I couldn't find that in wordpress, just added a plugin for it though, just tick "Notify me of followup comments via e-mail" at the bottom.

I think it's more of an optional thing rather than being required on every agile project.

I've never heard of them! And I would be livid if I had to buy donuts :)

I've worked on lots of agile projects, and never had punishments...

PS your blog doesn't email me when you reply...

I think C4 were a little loose with the punishment they dished out, the worst case was if you came in late you had to buy every one doughnuts in the next huddle.

I've had a look around, and there's no blog post dedicated to listing all of the Agile punishments that should be dished out, I'm thinking I should make one!

"People who go over the estimate on their card get some kind of punnishment, e.g. wearing a stupid hat, doing press ups etc."

Jesus, really? That's not a standard way of doing agile! Sometimes people who break the build have to wear a hat, but I've never heard of being forced to do press-ups because you estimated wrong! What did C4 have you do?
